Concentrator Cell Receiver:
Positioned to be the one stop shop for the solar system integrators and makers in the world, Delta has already developed unique technologies to serve our customers. With precision spot welding and wire bonding of interconnects, we make sure connection to the cell is well bonded with the right strength. In order to attach cell to the substrate with maximum conductivity and minimum amount of void, we developed robust soldering processes to join interconnects or wires to the substrate with maximum conductivity. If necessary, conformal coating process such as spraying, dispensing and dipping with maximum humidity and dust protection and minimum thickness is also available upon customer's requirement.

Module Design and Manufacture:
Already have 100KW HCPV module experience under our belt for our local government's on-grid project; our HCPV modules have already achieved an average of at least 23% of on-field efficiency to date.

Since 2005, Delta has been Spectrolab's strategic partner in developing high quality concentration photovoltaic receivers for their high efficiency multi-junction solar cells. Besides receiver assembly & module, Delta also offers design and manufacturing services for HCPV module integration such as substrate, optical lens, and heat dissipation devices. All Delta products are RoHS compliance.
