Delta's state-of-the-art technology in automotive includes Tire Pressure Monitoring Systems. In cooperation with Australian partner, VisiTyre, Delta has introduced a cutting-edge, advanced batteryless TPMS. It features inductively coupled circuits for non-contact transmission of power and data across the vehicle's rotating wheel chassis boundary. The utilization of electromagnetic coupling allows VisiTyre to operate with any style of tire regardless of carbon or ferrous content. VisiTyre is transparent to rim rotation. It does not need any calibration and can be integrated into aftermarket rims for transparent fitting in the aftermarket. The system's unique electromagnetic coupling obviates the need for wheel batteries and provides reporting of each tire's status immediately on ignition.
VisiTyre TPMS discounted the use of Radio Frequency transmission to cross the rotating wheel-chassis boundary in favor of electromagnetic coupling, effectively eliminating all sensor batteries and providing an instant reporting functionality that can operate with any tire or rim.
VisiTyre TPMS is highly reliable and functionally superior. It is also completely free of maintenance issues and does not require activation or recalibration in the aftermarket. VisiTyre can be integrated into steel and alloy rims by the rim manufacturer and will be available in the aftermarket as an OEM Certified "VisiTyre."

I. Features
VisiTyre is an advanced batteryless Tyre Pressure Monitoring System (TPMS), which features inductively coupled circuits for the non-contact transmission of power and data across the vehicle's rotating wheel chassis boundary. The utilization of electromagnetic coupling allows VisiTyre to operate with any style of tire regardless of carbon or ferrous content. VisiTyre is transparent to rim rotation, does not need any calibration and will be integrated into aftermarket rims for transparent fitting in the aftermarket. The system's unique electromagnetic coupling obviates the need for wheel sensor batteries and provides reporting of each tire’s status immediately on ignition.
