The MFI (Multiple Frequencies Impedance) Sensor system is an on-board electrochemical sensor technology composed of electronics hardware and software algorithms that measure, diagnose and predict the condition of lubricant. It is a real-time enhancement tool to monitor the life of lubricant and ensure engine performance through the analytical data of soot, viscosity and impedance under certain temperatures. It is usually installed in the engine compartment in various applications such as heavy duty mining tools and marine systems.
