Hybrid Electric Vehicle (HEV) Generators

This product is to stop/start Hybrid Electrical Vehicles that are a single variant of the A21 vehicle. This variant uses the new 1.6 liter CBR engine with dual VVT and port deactivation and a 5-speed manual transmission. The hybrid implementation uses a belt/battery driven starter generator (BSG).

 
 BSG (Belt Starter Generator)
bsg1. Utilized in Micro Hybrid Vehicle.
2. 12V System.
3. High Power: Input Voltage is 9~36V; Current (from the battery) is 120A.
4. Lower Power: CAN BUS Interface is 500KB/S; I/O & Analog Input support.
5. Stop/Start control, including starter motor.
6. Driver interface.
7. Safety and restart strategy, self diagnostics.
8. Fuel Economy: 4~7 % improvement on the current vehicle over the NEDC cycle.
9. Weight: increase of less than 10kg over manual A21 vehicle.
10. Thermal management of Hybird Control Module. Engine start time: for temperatures above 0 degree an improvement of at least 100 ms compared to current vehicle power train a target of 400 ms.
