Ricardo and Delta Electronics announce alliance for R&D and supply of advanced automotive electronics

December 13, 2007 -- Global automotive technology provider Ricardo plc and leading international electronics company Delta Electronics, Inc. have today announced a joint-development alliance for delivering advanced automotive electronics R&D and supply. The alliance will provide automakers with innovative electronics R&D technology and high quality manufacturing resources.
Combining their respective strengths, the Ricardo-Delta alliance will provide total solutions and a single point of contact for customers to purchase new modules and systems. Automakers will benefit from the independent R&D expertise and associated intellectual property (IP) protection of Ricardo, a world leading independent technology developer, and the superior quality and efficiency of world-class electronics manufacturer Delta Electronics. Both partners believe the benefits of the alliance will be extremely attractive to customers.
