Delta Electronics' Shareholders Approve Elected Directors and NT$3.5 Cash Dividend

Taipei, Taiwan, June 19, 2012 -- Delta Electronics held a general shareholders' meeting today. The results of the meeting are as follows:
1.The shareholders' meeting approved a dividend for shareholders: Each one thousand shares shall receive a cash dividend of approximately NT$3,500 (approximately NT$3.5 cash dividend per share).
2.The shareholders' meeting approved the Company's new elected directors.
(1) Directors: Mr. Bruce Cheng, Mr. Yancey Hai, Mr. Mark Ko, Dr. Fred Chai Yan Lee, Mr. Ping Cheng, Mr. Simon Chang, Mr. Albert Chang, Dr. Chung-Hsing Huang, Mr. Steven Liu and Mr. Johnson Lee.
(2) Independent Directors: Mr. Yung-Chin Chen, Dr. Tsong-Ping Perng, Mr. George Chao.
3.The shareholders' meeting approved the removal of the non-competition restrictions on directors.
