Board of Directors Approves Set Up of Delta Green Life Co., Ltd

Taipei, Taiwan, October 27, 2011 -- Delta Electronics today announced its year through third quarter (YT3Q) 2011 financial results and held a meeting of its Board of Directors, which announced the approval to set up Delta Green Life Co., Ltd.
Delta Electronics' YT3Q 2011 financial results, reviewed by CPA, were as follows: The Company's consolidated YT3Q 2011 sales revenues were NT$128,473,146,000, net income after tax NT$8,527,259,000 and earnings per share NT$3.55.
The Board also approved the set up of a 100% subsidiary Delta Green Life Co., Ltd. (tentative name), with a total transaction volume of 300,000,000 shares, a unit price NT$10 per share and a total transaction amount of NT$3,000,000,000.
